MOMS has some pretty wonderful people!
Our board of directors includes educators, midwives, business people, people with experience in living and working in other countries. Our Sierra Leonean staff are skilled translators, nurses, public heath specialists, and managers.

We also have 18 Leaders sitting on our Leadership Council. These women were elected by their classmates, and they are responsible to help set strategy, communicate, coordinate activities, and solve problems. They are a wonderful group of people who work hard for only their expenses.
